Actus: new home for mandatory elearning

Following feedback from staff, we’ve merged our training platforms to make it easier for all staff to stay on top of their mandatory training.

Mandatory elearning content currently hosted on the LearnUpon and Knowbe4 platforms will be migrated to Actus, where it will be accessible alongside appraisals, objectives and one to ones.

By rationalising three systems into one, this will allow staff and line managers to view all learning progress at a glance. Institutional wide progress will still be viewable via the Power BI dashboard, and previous completion data will be available.

As part of the migration, LearnUpon and Knowbe4 will be available until close of business on Friday 30 October, with elearning live on Actus from Wednesday 4 November.

There will be a quick link available to the Actus training system on the staff home page, and staff will receive direct links via email to any future training that needs to be completed.
