How to use the digital flipbook

You can ‘flip’ through the pages of the digitised exhibition catalogues like you would when reading the physical book, but with additional digital conveniences.

For full instructions on how to use the flipbook, please visit our How to use webpage.

The first three catalogues each contain approximately 4,000 entries. The fourth is much reduced in size, containing around 250 objects loaned by the local population of Liverpool.

This reflects the way in which the exhibition was curated at the time. The Education Board catalogue is not housed within the collection of Liverpool Record Office but can be accessed online via Google Books.
