Liverpool Student Homes Accommodation Fairs 2026

Thinking about where to live next academic year? Our partners at Liverpool Student Homes are running two Accommodation Fairs this November to help you find accredited student accommodation.

The fairs take place from 11am to 3pm on:

  • Monday 16 November here on LJMU campus at our Student Life Building
  • Tuesday 17 November at the University of Liverpool’s Mountford Hall

Any Liverpool student can attend any Fair but please bring your student ID card to gain entry.

Visit the Liverpool Student Homes website for more information about the fairs

Renters’ Rights Act

At the fairs you will also be able to get advice about the new renters’ legislation that came into force on 1 May 2026.

This legislation affects private student accommodation and your rights as a tenant. This includes how you pay your rent and ending your tenancy.

Help and advice from LJMU

We’ve put together a current student guide to searching for accommodation with further links to the relevant Liverpool Student Homes online resources.

You can also email the Accommodation team if you have any questions about finding accommodation for next year.
