If you do not have a long-term health condition
If you want to become more active but do not have a long-term health condition, as LJMU staff or student, you can still access a wide range of support and activities through LJMU Moves +.
Moves + is LJMU Sport’s physical activity programme for staff and students. It helps you build healthy habits, improve wellbeing, and stay active.
It’s ideal if you are looking for motivation, guidance, or just new ways to move more.
