The research lab training pages are a central portal for LJMU staff and postgraduates to find and book practical, bench and lab-based training across Molecular Genetics, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Microscopy, GIS and more - with clear Fundamentals, Intermediate, Advanced pathways, course dates, resources, and sign-off for mandatory competencies.
Mandatory training
Completion of all required courses is mandatory before you can fully participate in any of the optional training modules below. These courses provide essential lab techniques and safety foundations for working in our professional labs.
