   As part of our employee wellbeing focus, we are again offering staff a voucher for a free winter flu jab.

7. New and updated diversity and inclusion policies

   The Employment Committee has recently approved a new diversity and inclusion policy and guidance document, as well as amendments to an existing policy.

8. Technicians survey 2024 to remain open for a further fortnight

   The National Technician Development Centre (NTDC) Technicians Survey at LJMU is open for responses for a further two weeks until Friday 5 April.

9. Hireserve hiring manager portal

   To streamline our process for recruitment and selection of staff, we are now using the Hireserve hiring manager portal.

10. Menopause cafes throughout 2024

    This year we will once again host four menopause cafes for our staff, with the first taking place on Tuesday 16 January, and anyone wishing to attend can book via the staff wellbeing events page.
