Tom Toward graduated from LJMU with a degree in History. He then went on to do a Masters in Defence, Diplomacy and Development at Durham University. He secured a place on a 2-year graduate scheme with the Ministry of Defence as a Corporate Service Group (CSG) graduate in Defence, Equipment & Support (DES). The CSG graduate scheme is a two-year development programme focused around corporate services roles across different areas of DES.
Ruby Petrovic graduated in 2024 with a degree in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Science and works as a Junior Development Scientist for Arxada.
Cora Shafto graduated with a Sociology degree and secured a job as a Community Fundraiser for Claire House Children's Hospice.
Olivia Coles is a video journalist at the Times and the Sunday Times in London. Olivia graduated from LJMU with a degree in History and English and then went on to do an MA in Broadcast Journalism at City University, London.
Hattie Lowe graduated with a History degree and then went on to do a Masters at Chester University in Sustainable Heritage before securing a job as a Programming and Partnerships Officer for the National Trust.
Final year Criminology and Sociology student Erin Walsh, who graduates in 2025, tells us about her time at LJMU, the work experience she undertook, including a summer internship as a Human Resources Intern within the Colleague Experience Team at Coventry Building Society, and about the graduate role she has just secured on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) as a HR Trainee.
