Activities to support your wellbeing
Wellbeing Week provides an opportunity for staff and students to focus on their wellbeing.
The week is packed full of activities – many of which are available all year round to help support staff and students.
Our focus is on providing information, choices and support which help staff and students to make the right decisions for them and their self-care.

#FindYourSpace
Looking after your wellbeing is more important than ever and finding your own space can be a valuable part of that process.
You may prefer walks outside, in parks or on the riverside. Or you may prefer a quiet space in a library or your bedroom to read and reflect. What’s your space?
Finding Your Space can also be about being comfortable with who you are, what you want to be, and the things you like. That’s why as part of LJMU’s Wellbeing Week you will find resources to help you explore your health, new activities, finances and even your future career.
All these things can contribute to your wellbeing, reducing worries and finding happiness. During Wellbeing Week, we encourage everyone to share what is important about your own space – join us, by using #FindYourSpace and #LjmuWellbeing on social media.
