Activities to support your wellbeing

Wellbeing Week provides an opportunity for staff and students to focus on their wellbeing. This year our theme is self-care – things each of us can do to support our wellbeing.

The week is packed full of activities – many of which are available all year round – to help support staff and students.

Our focus is on providing information, choices and support which help staff and students to make the right decisions for them and their self-care.

Managing our own self-care is crucial in helping us all to maintain our wellbeing and helping us be the best version of ourselves.

Self-care can be anything from taking time out for a five minute walk in the fresh air during the working day, to cooking your favourite meal, spending time with people you love or finding some time to read a book, meditate or undertake some physical exercise.

During Wellbeing Week we are encouraging staff and students to share their self-care tips and ideas, using  #SelfCareShare and #LjmuWellbeing on social media.
