Frank Chinegwundoh (1961- )
Chinegwundoh obtained a Medical degree from the University of London, after a Masters in Medical Law from Glasgow University in 2010.- He is the first black British urological surgeon, specialising in prostate cancer and impotence.
- Chinegwundoh has published the first UK data set showing that black men have an above-average risk of prostate cancer.
- He has been chairman of Cancer Black Care (CBC) since 1998 and sits on several cancer advisory panels for the Department for Health.
- In 2013, received an MBE for services to the NHS and he continues to operate a drop-in clinic for prostate cancer testing.
