   Hayley Worsfold is an Animal Behaviour graduate who works as an Advanced Practitioner in Animal Management at Reaseheath College.

3. Sacha Ogosi Graduate Case Study | Student Futures

   Sacha Ogosi graduated in 2020 with a degree in Psychology and Criminology and went on to complete an MA in International Relations. She now works as a Public Affairs Officer for The Inclusion Initiative at The London School of Economics and Political Science.

4. Tom Toward Graduate Case Study | Student Futures

   Tom Toward graduated from LJMU with a degree in History. He then went on to do a Masters in Defence, Diplomacy and Development at Durham University. He secured a place on a 2-year graduate scheme with the Ministry of Defence as a Corporate Service Group (CSG) graduate in Defence, Equipment & Support (DES). The CSG graduate scheme is a two-year development programme focused around corporate services roles across different areas of DES.

5. Zoë Dunlop Graduate Job Case Study | Student Futures

   Zoë Dunlop graduated in 2025 with a degree in Marketing and has secured a graduate role with AccountsIQ in London. During her time at LJMU, Zoë completed an industrial placement with Mando Group, worked part-time for the Student Futures team during her final year as a Marketing and Content Officer and also completed a Discovery Internship with In-House Legal Solutions.

6. Mia Parry Start-up Case Study | Student Futures

   Mia Parry graduated in 2024 with a degree in Physical Education. She now runs her own business, Girls2Goalz, an elite football academy for girls aged 8-16.

7. Nepal’s menstrual huts: what can be done about this practice of confining women to cow sheds?

   Despite being illegal, chhaupadi, the practice of exiling menstruating women and girls from their home – often to a cow shed – is still practised in some areas of Western Nepal. Chhaupadi is an extreme example of the stigmas and restrictions around menstruation that exist not only in Nepal, but also globally.

   Ellen Johnston is a student at LJMU on the BSc Sport & Exercise Science degree. She started her online health and wellness coaching business in 2024, supporting women to thrive in all aspects of their life and catering for their physical, mental, emotional, relational, environmental and existential health.

10. Dan Jolly starting a business | Student Futures

    Daniel Jolly graduated in 2024 with a degree in Sport Business. He now runs his own business, Dan J Media, a photography and videography business specialising in sports, music and live events after receiving support from the Start-up Hub.
