Curriculum Enhancement Internships 2025/26

Aligning with priorities identified in LJMU's Framework for High Quality Teaching and Learning, this year's projects were focused on the theme of intellectually stimulating and engaging teaching.

The theme generated a variety of responses from diverse disciplinary and pedagogical contexts. Students have worked with staff to gather student perceptions on what intellectually stimulating and engaging teaching means in different discipline areas, and in specific subject contexts. Projects have applied findings to the development of teaching resources and explored how AI aids or hinders critical thinking. Projects have also tested innovative approaches that could be used in teaching.
