Andrew C Yao
Yao was born in Shanghai, China, in 1946.- He has done essential work in computational complexity theory, the analysis of algorithms, cryptographic protocols, and communication complexity.
- Yao is renowned for his earlier work in computational complexity theory, especially as applied to the analysis of randomized algorithms.
