Doune MacDonald
MacDonald completed her Bachelors in Human Movement Science from the University of Queensland, followed by her PhD at Deakin University (Melbourne).- She started her career teaching health and physical education in primary and secondary schools.
- As a researcher, most of MacDonald's work addresses the challenges of curriculum reform and its impact upon teachers and teaching.
- She has published nine books, over 150 book chapters and research papers and is recognised as an International leader in Health and Physical Education.
