Graduated from Boston University.- A mental health counsellor and sport and performance psychologist, specialising in addiction and child and teen mental health.
- Owns a private practice and has supported athletes internationally, from grassroots through to elite level.
- A member of multiple international psychology and sport science associations, as well as mentoring trainees.
- Speaks openly about her academic experiences and challenges as a woman of colour and advocates for diversity and inclusion.
