Shona Halson
Halson has a PhD in Exercise Physiology and was appointed as an Associate Professor in Behavioural and Health Sciences at the Australian Catholic University.- A sleep expert, she has conducted extensive research in areas like recovery, sleep, fatigue and travel.
- Halson has published over 200 peer-reviewed articles and supervised multiple major research projects.
- A Director of the Australian Olympic committee Recovery centre, she worked on the 2008, 2012 and 2016 games.
- Halson has also worked closely with the FIFA Women’s World Cup-winning USA National Football team.
