The Library
The Library sits at the heart of LJMU. Our library buildings and spaces provide a welcoming, comfortable and inclusive environment to support your study and research. In addition to our on-site facilities and extensive digital library services, the Library team offers guidance on developing your skills for study or research.
⚡ Library update
City Campus Library will be open until 9pm during the assessment period. City Campus Library will remain open until 9pm Monday - Friday from Monday 27 April to Friday 8 May inclusive (except Bank Holiday Monday May 4 which will be open 10am - 4pm). Mount Pleasant Campus Library will continue to operate on its standard hours and the Student Life Building will remain open 24/7. More information at Library opening hours and locations.
