Following this event, an international student wrote a reflection on their experience in participating.

5. LJMU shortlisted for three Educate North Awards 2026

   Liverpool John Moores University has been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s Educate North Awards 2026.

8. Get involved in Black History Month this October

   At LJMU we've got several events across the month and beyond to recognise and celebrate Black History Month and individuals across our LJMU community.

9. LJMU to support Lord Mayor's Dragon Boat Race 2026

   The university is the event gold sponsor for the third year running and staff are encouraged to take part.

    We are pleased to confirm that the VC Scholarship Scheme will continue in 2026, supporting the career development opportunities for both PGR students and their supervisors.
