In 1978 gay rights activist Gilbert Baker created the first Pride flag with the goal of it being a symbol for everyone. Since then many new flags were created to represent all communities within the LGBTQI+ community.
We put people first in every part of our life as a university. We strive to build skills, the economy, society and community through local and global collaboration.
We are delighted to announce a special networking and mentoring event focused on strengthening diversity and gender equity in IAHR, as part of River Flow 2024. The event will take place on 3 September 2024 at 5pm, in Room 2.06, Student Life Building.
