  6. Abdelrahman Elwan

    Abdelrahman is a third-year biomedical sciences student. He came to LJMU from Egypt through the International Foundation Year and worked as a student mentor for fellow international students, to provide support and advice to help others settle into life in Liverpool.

  7. National Teaching Fellows (NTF)

    The National Teaching Fellowship (NTF) Scheme is an esteemed AdvanceHE award, accorded to around fifty educators every year since 2010.

  8. Steve Rotheram

    From bricklayer to the first elected Mayor of the Liverpool City Region, Steve Rotheram is not only a former LJMU student but works closely with the university on initiatives that benefit the 1.6 million people he represents. This bicentenary year he becomes our first Alumni Ambassador Fellow in recognition of his achievements and how he embodies the values of LJMU.
