  1. Dominique Walker

    Read the oration for Dominique Walker on the award of their Honorary Fellowship from Liverpool John Moores University presented by Mark Power.

  2. Fadi Alnaef

    Fadi is a 2023 graduate from the maritime business and management programme. He came to the UK as a refugee, having fled his home in Damascus, Syria, and gaining his initial qualifications in Greece. He used his dissertation research to highlight the challenges facing the shipping sector and their obligations under international law to help vessels in distress, including refugee and migrant boat crossings.

  4. LJMU e-Racing Team

    LJMU e-Racing is a student-led team that designs and builds an electric single-seater race car to compete each year at Formula Student UK.

  5. Julia Carter Preston (1926-2012)

    A British potter who was responsible for reviving the art of ‘sgraffito’ in the UK in the 1950s. She studied at Liverpool College of Art in the 1940s where she discovered a passion for ceramics and later went on to teach at the college too.

  8. Nursing Placements at Liverpool John Moores University

    For those undertaking the MSc Nursing programme you will provide evidence of prior experiential learning and undertake 1530 hours on the 2 year programme. For Trainee Nursing Associates from September 2024 you will evidence 2300 number of hours.
