Our Moves + app

You can also download the Moves+ app, which rewards you for movement as you gain points from a connected fitness tracker.

The Moves + app brings the ‘do what moves you’ philosophy to life inviting everyone at LJMU to connect, explore, and be active - even outside the Sport Building - whether you're moving alone or as a group.

Your points can then be redeemed for various items across campus such as a free coffee from LJMU’s Core Cafe. Or you can support our four charity partners by converting your points into donations to help those most in need across the city.
