Every care is taken to avoid any cross-contact with allergens when preparing your orders. However, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients and as we don't have a specific allergen free preparation area or separate dedicated fryers, we cannot guarantee any menu item is 100% free from traces of allergens.
We offer vegetarian and vegan options, however, please note these are prepared in a kitchen that also handles meat, dairy and egg ingredients and we don't have separate dedicated fryers.
If you have special dietary requirements or food allergies, please contact a member of the Catering team on 0151 231 3137.
We can prepare special meal requests for guests with special dietary requirements ndash; for example made with no nut ingredients, no gluten ingredients - however we cannot guarantee any menu item is 100% free from traces of allergens.
