Pete is the Outreach Manager at LJMU, responsible for building relationships with schools and colleges and for delivering the university’s sustained widening access initiatives, targeting under-represented learners and disadvantaged communities. In 2023 he celebrated 25 years of working at LJMU.
The LJMU exemplar houses are the first purpose built, multi-unit housing test facility in the North of the UK. The houses are designed based on standards from the 1920s, 1970s, and present-day and can be used to test emerging green technologies and building methods.
Now under new #UKSPF funding, the Low Carbon Eco-Innovatory teams at LJMU and University of Liverpool are eager to get supporting even more Liverpool City Region businesses to decarbonise.
