1. Free winter flu jabs for staff

   As part of our commitment to employee wellbeing, we are again offering staff vouchers for a free winter flu jab.

   LJMU Profiles, the university’s new staff profile system has gone live on LJMU’s website showcasing our staff community and university expertise.

   More than 250 LJMU staff were recognised for their outstanding contributions to the university and wider community.

9. Academic Staff Governor vacancy

   The Secretariat is now seeking expressions of interest from eligible candidates for the position of Academic Staff Governor to serve on the Board of Governors.

10. Staff Survey 2025 update: 143 actions across LJMU

    In response to the findings of the 2025 staff survey, the university and service teams have put in place 143 owned actions, over the past twelve months, to improve the local needs and changes colleagues highlighted in their day-to-day work.
