The Galaxy Formation and Evolution Research Group looks at population studies of dwarf galaxies up to the most massive clusters of galaxies, supermassive black holes and detailed modelling of the internal structure of galaxies. Ana’s lab works on transforming waste products into new civil engineering resources. The team uses bio-based waste from agriculture and industry to make new construction resources with that have resilient, self-healing properties.
