7. Public Health Institute and Drama students create educational film on gang-related violence

   LJMU Drama students have joined forces with LJMUs Public Health Institute to create an educational film helping NHS staff deal with the consequences of gang-related violence in hospitals.

   LJMU is delivering specialist training to dozens of community matrons and nurses across the Liverpool City Region to ensure patients are able to shape their own treatment and care.

   LJMU has been recognised for its continued support and advice for care experience and estranged students from the National Network for the Education of Care Leavers (NNECL).

    LJMU’s fund for care leavers has been boosted by £50,000, thanks to one of our honorary fellows and alumni.
