   From Monday 4 September, students will no longer be able to use USB storage devices on LJMU computers, laptops and other IT equipment.

   Email invitations will be sent to eligible students and you must register before midnight on Monday 23 March.

6. Health and Safety Codes of Practice updates

   The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) has recently approved seven Health and Safety Codes of Practice, following endorsement at the University Health and Safety Committee.

7. Updated Human Resources Policy

   A new Personal Intimate Relationships policy has been consulted on and approved by ELT.

8. LJMU Library, Special Collections and Archives – Governance and Practice Policy

   Following endorsement at the University Research and Knowledge Exchange Committee, the Academic Board has approved a new Library policy.

9. Redmonds Building refurbishment works

   The university will be delivering refurbishment works over the summer to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of Redmonds Building.

10. Staff Qualifications and Health and Safety policy updates

    A number of LJMU staff policies have been updated.
