    The Research Centre for Brain and Behaviour is involved in research in all areas of brain and behavioural sciences, applied psychology, cognitive psychology, sports psychology, affective neuroscience, psychopharmacy, animal behaviour, health psychology and mindfulness.     Alan is a veteran TV camera operator who has interviewed Liverpool legends and royalty during his illustrious career. Since taking on a role as a senior technician in our screen school, working with those aspiring to carve out a career in journalism, he has inspired countless students along the way.

    The Senior Leaders Apprenticeships are designed to transform participants into confident and strategic leaders. They focus on the practice of leadership and management, have a real-world focus and are delivered by Liverpool Business School academic staff who are respected experts, researchers, consultants and business practitioners.

  8. John Goulding

    John is a PhD student with the School of Education. He is also ex-forces, having served with the RAF Police before leaving the military and beginning his own higher education journey. Alongside his studies, looking at research to support veterans, John is a student representative on our Armed Forces Steering Group.

  9. Dominique Walker

    Dominique is an inspirational individual who in the face of adversity, when her brother Anthony was murdered in an unprovoked racist attack, has been able to use her voice and experience to create positive change and promote racial harmony across Merseyside. As an LJMU alumni, and former police officer, she is now a lecturer in our School of Justice Studies.
