World Mental Health Day on October the 10th is the annual global celebration of mental health education, awareness and advocacy. Throughout the week starting Monday 7th– Friday 11th October LJMU Student Advice and Wellbeing Services will be delivering a range of activities and raising awareness to celebrate good mental health and encourage us all to look at what we can do to maintain and promote positive wellbeing.
Students in Liverpool are benefitting from improved mental health support, thanks to a partnership between universities and NHS services across the city.
Those studying a range of creative, social science and business degrees worked on the project which is set for a national tour.
School of Law students from LJMU, alongside those attending from other universities, took part in the mooting events, presenting their verbal arguments and putting their knowledge to the test that they’ve learnt during their studies.

The LJMU assessment period will take place between Monday 5 January to Friday 16 January (inclusive) and exam timetables are now live.

A “compelling” new book by an LJMU academic, drawing on the experiences of Liverpool Business School, has been shortlisted for a prestigious national award. The Engaged Business School by Professor Anthony Sturgess is in the running for the inaugural Management Publication of the Year 2024 award.
