Lauren Griffiths graduated in 2022 with a degree in International Tourism Management and currently works as a Sales and Marketing Executive for We Are Social Nation. In July 2025, along with a business partner, she opened her own business, Opal and Mersey, a content studio based in Liverpool.

Mark Smith is a Biology graduate who works for Eurofins Forensics Services as a Forensic DNA Analyst.

Bridie Smith graduated with a History degree and then went on to complete her graduate diploma in Law and a Legal Practice course at the University of Law before becoming a Paralegal for DWF.
Geography graduate Lucy Shaw tells us about a paid summer internship she undertook at Mott MacDonald in their environmental and social consultancy team whilst studying at LJMU.
Hannah Lacy graduated from LJMU in 2021 with a degree in Wildlife Conservation, followed by an MSc in Wildlife Conservation Technology in 2022, and is now a PhD Researcher in Conservation Biology at the University of Leeds.
Sam Scragg graduated in 2023 with a degree in International Relations and Politics and secured a year-long internship as a Careers and Employability Information Intern with the LJMU Student Futures team.
Saturday 1 February 2020 marks the 7th World Hijab celebration; a celebration which takes place in over 140 countries worldwide, bringing communities together sharing and experiencing the Hijab.
