1. New solar panels installed at Redmonds Building

   LJMU are completing key actions within the Carbon Management Plan by installing renewable energy technologies across the university estate.

   We’re reminding you of all the support available across the university from non-repayable payments, to help with your energy bills, to discounts and freebies across the university.

8. Giveaways, discounts and cost of living support

   LJMU and JMSU have a range of support available if you are struggling with covering basic expenses such as food, housing and bills. Plus there's an array of discounts and giveaways across campus.

9. Get 'Too Good to Go' food from Core Cafes

   To further help with the Cost of Living and as part of our commitment to sustainability at LJMU, we’re launching the Too Good to Go app for students and staff this September.

10. Cook Together at LJMU: Free lunch, recipes and supermarket voucher

    As part of LJMU’s support with the rising cost of living, LJMU will be relaunching our Cook Together initiative this Friday 3 February with a free lunch in SLB
