Complaints procedure – all stakeholders 

We actively seek and welcome your views about the services we provide. If you have any cause for complaint, please tell a member of staff who will try to help you or visit the feedback section of the website. 

If you remain dissatisfied with the action taken or the explanation given, then please speak or write to the Director of Student Futures, Chris Finn. 

You will normally receive a reply within five working days of us receiving your complaint. 

If you think we are doing something well, then please let us know.
