Elevate your career journey with Grad Academy at LJMU

The Grad Academy programme is designed to empower current final year students (graduating in 2026) and 2025 LJMU graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today's competitive job market.  

The programme consists of practical workshops on crafting competitive applications, mastering STAR interview techniques, expanding your professional network, and decoding employer expectations.  It also features interactive activities, insider tips from employer guest speakers, honest conversations and expert support to help you feel confident about life after university and take the next step in your career.

Upon completion of the programme, you'll receive a Grad Academy certificate and digital badge, showcasing your dedication to professional development and setting you apart in the job market.

Grad Academy is open to all LJMU undergraduate and postgraduate (PGT and PGR) final year students from any programme, and 2025 LJMU graduates only.

The next Grad Academy programmes will take place in 2026.  Registration for these events will open in semester 2.
