Cape Town - Go Global

Go Global

LJMU’s Go Global fund aims to help you to increase your cultural awareness and build your confidence, all while making a positive difference to the world. Who knows, you might even pick up some of the lingo wherever you go.

The LJMU Go Global Fund allows you to undertake an international activity or project anywhere in the world. From community outreach in Cape Town to Jaguar conservation in Costa Rica, do it yourself and create your own experience.

New for 2019: Undergraduate students also have the option to apply for a funded place with Camp Leaders.

Whether you are an undergraduate or postgraduate student, you can apply for up to £500. For more information and tips on completing your application, come along to one of our information sessions:

Global Citizen allows LJMU students to undertake individual projects around the world to encourage personal development and cultural awareness. Students can design their own project or source from providers. Please note that applicants taking part in unpaid projects will be prioritised.

Jack - Go Global

I never dreamed the university would ever give me this opportunity, so when I got the email to say I had been accepted I was extremely happy!
