A Suite of administration related sessions to develop and enhance administration practice, IT skills, and knowledge and understanding to perform administration roles effectively.

The sessions are all expected to be completed as part of the programme. The programme will also facilitate the development of an Administration Support Network.

Staff who participate in the three core sessions will receive an LJMU LDF certificate on completion.
