New hospitality ordering system

LJMU’s Catering service will shortly introduce a brand new customer-friendly online ordering system for hospitality.

The new process will be simpler and more efficient, giving you a much-improved experience when you need to place orders.

The university is investing in the new system on the back of staff feedback, which highlighted functionality issues and inefficiencies in the current manual processes.

The new system, Spoonfed, is bespoke and tailored to the needs of LJMU staff: it is automated and integrated with our finance system. Your journey through placing and editing orders, booking time slots and viewing your order history will be much more straight forward and easy to follow.

Staff will be given access to training webinars, tutorial videos and user guides to help you.

The new system is currently being finalised and we will update you when it is ready to launch.
