Biography

Dr William Hurst is a Senior Lecturer in Multimedia Computing in the Department of Computer Science. He obtained his BSc (Hons) in Product Design from Sussex University in 2007, followed by an MSc (Distinction) in Web Computing in 2010 and a PhD in Critical Infrastructure Protection from LJMU in 2014. Dr Hurst has over 40 international peer-reviewed papers published in the area of Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, Cyber Security and Computer Animation.
