I joined the academic team at Liverpool John Moores University in 2004, teaching on both pre-registration and post-registration programmes. I am currently involved in developing and delivering teaching and learning for health, social care and education partners across the region specific to children and young peoples mental health and well being.
I am the programme Leader for the MA Mental Health [https://www.ljmu.ac.uk/study/courses/postgraduates/mental-health]a regionally unique multi agency/professional programme aimed at developing knowledge and enhancing research around mental health issues in society. My teaching interests include mental health, children and young peoples mental health, schools and mental health, integration of systemic approaches in health, social care & education and clinical governance, leadership & management.
