Health and wellbeing

We have a range of support in place for staff to deal with any concerns or anxieties you may be feeling during this challenging period.

This includes a telephone support helpline offered through Medicash, access to a Silvercloud online programme, which is a self-help platform with useful hints and tips to support our day to day lives and  additional counselling support. We also have a range of other wellbeing resources such as mindfulness, resilience and other wellbeing information videos. More information about these resources can be found on these pages.
