Liverpool John Moores University’s ambitious plans to transform a disused city centre site into state-of-the-art student facilities have been given the go-ahead. Liverpool City Council’s Planning Committee today (Tuesday 9 October) approved the plans for the former Royal Mail site on Copperas Hill.
The University’s Student Information System (SIS) is being upgraded. SIS will be unavailable during the upgrade, from 5pm on Thursday 21st November until 8am on Tuesday 26th November.
From Monday 4 September, students will no longer be able to use USB storage devices on LJMU computers, laptops and other IT equipment.
