More than 500 members of staff and students have attended the Students at the Heart Conference 2025.
More than 500 members of staff and students have attended the Students at the Heart Conference 2025.
This is an opportunity for LJMU/JMSU Managers, Programme Leaders and Personal Tutors (those directly responsible for staff/students) to participate in a half day (three hour) virtual, Lets Talk About Disability Workshop in order to gain tips for supporting staff/students with disabilities & long-term health conditions including mental health.
T-shirts, outerwear, mugs and water bottles are now available to help staff get talking and thinking about their health and wellbeing.
Our next staff open day at the Student Life Building takes place on Wednesday 24 November, with networking opportunities, a chance to find out more about the building and its services, plus a free lunch.
Over 100 staff, with more than 25 years’ service each, were invited to enjoy a special afternoon tea.
Staff should now submit their university travel requests digitally for approval.
