The Centre for Modern and Contemporary History, with the Centre for Port and Maritime History, are delighted to welcome BAVS delegates to Liverpool in 2026.
Liverpool Centre for Engaged Management Research (LCEMR), based within Liverpool Business School, is an interdisciplinary hub dedicated to advancing innovative, impactful, and socially relevant research in business and management.

Sir Brian Leveson, perhaps best known for his outstanding contribution to the legal profession and leading the Leveson Inquiry into ethics within the UK media, was the fifth Chancellor of LJMU serving in the role for eight years from 2013 to 2021.

The Liverpool Research Institute for Climate and Sustainability (LiRICS) aims to accelerate interdisciplinary sustainability (especially climate action) research with impactful solutions for economic, legal, educational, environmental, and infrastructural systems.
