5. Submitting your coursework

   Coursework can be handed in before the due date if completed early and should be handed in at your Faculty or School Office. All submissions must include a Coursework Submission cover sheet, available at the Faculty or School Offices. Submissions must contain certain mandatory information, i.e. Student ID number, module code and tutor’s name, etc. You may also need to add a word count.

6. Barry Groombridge interview – Elder Dempster

   Barry Groombridge joined Elder Dempster Lines aged 16. Barry’s first voyage was from London to the United States, via West Africa. The voyage lasted nine months. 9. Barry Fowler interview – Elder Dempster

   Barry Fowler joined King Edward the Seventh Nautical College, London in May 1952. Barry spent four years as an apprentice and eventually rose to the position of captain at Elder Dempster Lines.
