A programme to keep teenage girls active during lockdown has found it significantly boosted their strength, fitness, motivation and body image.
LJMU has been recognised for its continued support and advice for care experience and estranged students from the National Network for the Education of Care Leavers (NNECL).
The project, which began 14 months ago, saw leaders from across LJMU’s ELT paired with Black and ethnic minority Liverpool city leaders to share their lived experiences and inform policy and decision making at the university and beyond.
