Ruby Petrovic graduated in 2024 with a degree in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Science and works as a Junior Development Scientist for Arxada.
LJMU is testing LearnWise, a new AI chatbot in Canvas that answers student questions 24/7. Starting with course information like deadlines and exam dates, it will later offer study tools like quizzes and flashcards. Staff choose whether to use it in their courses.

Zoë Dunlop graduated in 2025 with a degree in Marketing and has secured a graduate role with AccountsIQ in London. During her time at LJMU, Zoë completed an industrial placement with Mando Group, worked part-time for the Student Futures team during her final year as a Marketing and Content Officer and also completed a Discovery Internship with In-House Legal Solutions.
Lauren Griffiths graduated in 2022 with a degree in International Tourism Management and currently works as a Sales and Marketing Executive for We Are Social Nation. In July 2025, along with a business partner, she opened her own business, Opal and Mersey, a content studio based in Liverpool.
Hattie Lowe graduated with a History degree and then went on to do a Masters at Chester University in Sustainable Heritage before securing a job as a Programming and Partnerships Officer for the National Trust.
Macy Gow graduated from LJMU in 2023 with a degree in Fashion Communication. She is the founder of Artists of Aura, a creative agency for emerging music artists - specialising in social media management and styling.
Amy Cunningham graduated in 2023 with a degree in Marketing and now runs her own marketing business called The Social Muze.
