   The first Chancellor of the university and a well-known figure in Liverpool. He is immortalised in statue form on our City Campus outside of the Henry Cotton Building.

   Macmillan's approach is to care not just for the disease but for the whole person, and also to care for others affected by the disease.

7. Delayed or reduced Student Finance payment

   Most students will receive their student loan in 3 payments across the academic year. You will usually receive your first payment at the start of your course.

8. Johnny Ball

   Read the oration for Johnny Ball on the award of their Honorary Fellowship from Liverpool John Moores University presented by Professor Frank Sanderson.

   The Royal British Legion was founded in 1921 by British veterans in the aftermath of the First World War.
