Young people taking part in the Rise Construction Framework’s Thrive Careers Hub have met with the Secretary of State, the RT Hon Liz Kendall, alongside Mayor of the Liverpool City Region, Steve Rotheram, to launch the government’s Youth Trailblazer scheme.
