  8. Time domain astrophysics

    Within the time domain astrophysics research group, we are involved in major observational survey projects. We work on a variety of explosive transients, including galactic and extragalactic novae, type la supernovae, core collapse supernovae, and gamma rays bursts.   10. Ireland Study Visit – An Garda Síochána

    LCAPS is committed to providing students with opportunities to engage directly with international policing systems. A recent study visit to Ireland enabled students to undertake a comparative exploration of policing practice alongside An Garda Síochána.
