Brief overview:  Degree apprenticeship with Keywest Partnership and LJMU.

Keywest is a growing Chartered Quantity Surveying practice based just outside Liverpool City Centre. We have a long-term pipeline of exciting infrastructure work with major public sector organisations in the North West and private sector contractors of varying sizes nationwide.

At Keywest Partnership you will be involved in a variety of projects, across a number of sectors, including commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure. You will work with a diverse client base and join a rapidly expanding specialist team of enthusiastic surveyors, providing all quantity surveying services.  

What you will be doing: The Degree Apprentice Quantity Surveyor will:

  • Support the quantity surveying team at Keywest Partnership in performing their daily tasks on a diverse range of projects.
  • Visit sites and receive training on the construction industry and quantity surveying profession.
  • Provide support to the company’s Liverpool office and administrative support to the company’s Directors.

Training that will take place: Quantity Surveying Bsc (Hons) delivered by LJMU as part of the Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship

About the employer: Keywest Partnership is a Chartered Quantity Surveying and Planning consultancy, providing traditional, expert and specialist services in commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure sectors, for both private and public clients. Founded in 2013, the Company has offices located in Liverpool and Derbyshire.

Apprenticeship start date: 30 August 2022

Annual Wage: £12,000 per annum (plus company pension contribution and telephone allowance)

Working week: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (30 minutes lunch break)

Total hours per week: 40

Entry requirements: Entry requirements: 112 UCAS points and Grade C or Grade 4 or above in English Language and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent. View further entry requirements.
