The charge for each student is £60.00. The price includes:

• Admittance for one student
• Souvenir graduation programme
• Hospitality

Guest wristband

The charge for each guest is £30.00. This price includes:

• Admission to the ceremony for one guest
• Souvenir graduation brochure
• Hospitality

Each student is allocated three guest places in the first instance, for an additional cost. We will not be able to accept any extra guests on the day of the graduation so please book in advance.

Please register all guests as they will need wristbands to enter the ceremony and hospitality areas.

Please note children up to the age of two years only, will be allowed to sit on a parent/guardians knee at the ceremony.

Additional Guest Wristbands

Additional guest wristbands will only be available after the registration closing date, these will be on a first come first served basis. All registered students will receive an email when these tickets become available. We will not be able to accept any extra guest on the day of the graduation so please book in advance.

Wristbands will not be sent out in advance. You must collect your wristbands/ from the registration desk at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel on the day of your graduation.

Arrangements have been made with Ede and Ravenscroft for you to hire gowns and hats. Please click here to download your order form then send the completed form to Ede and Ravenscroft.  Please follow all instructions carefully to ensure your gown is booked. We advise that gowns and hats are booked in advance to avoid disappointment on the day, as the gown supplier only carries limited additional gowns. 

We recommend that students wear a light colour blouse/shirt and black trousers/skirt and guests dress “smart casual”. 

When completing your form you will be asked to provide your height and head size. This will help to ensure you have the correct sized gown on the day. 
  

Ede and Ravenscroft are the official suppliers of the gowns for the award ceremonies we hold in Liverpool and so the gowns and robes will be like those used in Liverpool. 

We do NOT recommend any other supplier.

There is parking at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, but a car park management company operates parking and they have implemented cashless parking.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

First hour or part there of  - Rm 3.50

Second hour or part there of - Rm 3.00

Third hour or part there of - Rm 2.50

Every subsequent hour or part there of Rm 2.00

Maximum charge per day - Rm 12.00

All guests attending the ceremony will be given a souvenir graduation brochure and graduates names will be called out as they cross the stage. Visual images of graduates at the ceremonies and/or receptions may be used in future promotional, marketing and information materials.

All student names will be printed in the souvenir brochure.

All students who have registered will have their names published on a registration list on the Malaysia Graduation website. To show that you give permission for your name to appear choose ‘Yes I give permission for my name to appear’ or if you don’t want you name to appear choose ‘No I do not give permission’ when prompted on the online booking form.

A list of all registered students who give permission will be available here at a later date.

The Students listed have given their permission to have their names published along with their number of guests attending the Malaysian Graduation.

If you cannot see your name on this list and you gave permission to have your name published please contact malaysiangraduation@ljmu.ac.uk

If you are in debt to the University you will not be issued with a certificate and you will not be allowed to attend the graduation ceremony either during the current academic year or in the future until your debt is cleared in full.

Debts can include unpaid tuition fees or registration fees, residence fees and library fines (including unreturned books and print charges).

You will receive a confirmation email from us 10 days prior to the ceremony outlining the event timing etc, which you need to bring with you on the day.
